SMS Channel Setup
Configure SMS senders and settings for Waymore campaigns.
Configure the SMS channel for your Waymore workspace before sending campaigns.
Access settings
Settings → Channels → SMS
Setup checklist
- Set a default Sender ID (alphanumeric or numeric, subject to local regulations)
- Configure Campaign callback URL for campaign-level status
- Configure SMS callback URL for per-message delivery reports
- Click Submit to save
Best for
Alerts, OTPs, reminders, promotions, and urgent notifications.
SMS is enabled by default for Omnichannel Campaign Manager when your account is verified.
