Messaging channels available in Waymore — SMS, Email, Viber, WhatsApp, Voice, Push, and Telegram.

Waymore supports multiple messaging channels so you can reach contacts on the platform they prefer. Configure senders and channel settings in the Waymore console, then use them in Campaign Manager flows.

SMS

Text messages for alerts, OTPs, reminders, and promotions.

Email

Newsletters, transactional mail, and rich HTML campaigns.

Viber

Rich messages with images, buttons, and action links.

WhatsApp

Template-based business messaging with high open rates.

Voice

Automated voice calls for urgent alerts and confirmations.

Push

Web and mobile push notifications.

Telegram

Bot-based messaging for Telegram users.

Channel setup

Each channel requires a configured sender (phone number, email address, Viber sender ID, WhatsApp business number, etc.) before you can send campaigns. Sender approval rules vary by channel and region.

Using channels in campaigns

  • Single-channel — one message type per campaign (fastest setup)
  • Omnichannel — automatic fallback across channels when a message is not delivered
  • Routee Connect API — programmatic sending via the same channels documented on docs.routee.net
