Execution statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not submitted |
| Scheduled | Sends at configured time |
| Pending | Being prepared |
| Sending | Actively delivering |
| Succeeded | All messages processed |
| Failed | Blocked by error — see troubleshooting |
Delivery metrics
- Sent — messages dispatched
- Delivered — reached recipient
- Failed — could not deliver
- Pending — still processing
Email and push also report opens and clicks where the channel supports it.
Export & filters
Export CSV, filter by date range or channel, and download detailed delivery logs for internal reporting.
