Campaign Templates
Create and reuse message templates for Email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Templates are reusable message layouts that keep campaigns consistent and fast to deploy.
Supported channels

Access template library
Marketing → Campaign Templates → choose channel (e.g. Email).
Library sections: My Templates, Published, Drafts, Shared, Favorites, Template Library (pre-made layouts).
Create an email template
- Click + Create Template
- Choose blank or pre-made layout
- Name, tag, and describe the template
- Design with drag-and-drop blocks (text, images, buttons, columns, dividers)
- Preview desktop / tablet / mobile
- Save — remains draft until published
Use in campaigns
When building an email campaign, select an existing template or create one inline. Edits in the campaign do not change the saved template.
