Manual Add Contacts
Add or update individual Waymore contacts from the console or during campaign setup.
Add or update individual contacts without uploading a file — useful for one-off entries or small list updates.
From Contact Insights
- Open Contacts (or Contact Insights) in the Waymore console.
- Click Add contact.
- Fill in email, mobile, name, and any custom attributes.
- Save.
The contact is immediately available for groups, segments, and campaigns.
During campaign setup
When selecting an audience, choose Upload New Contacts → Add Manually to paste a small list without leaving the campaign flow.
Tips
- Include country code on mobile numbers (
+30…,+44…) - Set channel consent flags if your workspace requires GDPR opt-in per channel
- Duplicate emails merge according to your workspace duplicate rules
