List sending domains configured for transactional email, including verification status, DKIM material, and authorized senders.
Call this during onboarding and health checks before Send a transactional email. Domains must be verified and senders authorized — see Domains & authorized senders.
A 200 response is an array of domain objects (name, status, selector, dkimKey, senders[]).
Common failures: 401 bad token; 403 missing email permission.
