Retrieving Conversation Dial Tracking

On demand dial information tracking

Routee offers the ability to access information regarding the conversation dial (see conversation dial tracking) by providing the conversation tracking Id. The user can now easily track the status, cost, or duration of your conversation dial on demand. Some of the most significant data include: the initiator and the recipient of the conversation, its status, the date that the status was reported, the dial parts included in a conversation, the service that send the dial, the overall duration and cost of each specific dial part.
